Job summary

B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance/Engineering Associate to support hotel property maintenance and guest service across our portfolio.

You will assist with repairs, preventive maintenance, and asset protection while upholding high standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with the Chief Engineer, learn SOPs, and contribute to a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• CPO certification and appliance repair certification are desirable, or able to obtain based on property needs.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are important.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining property assets and operable hotel equipment.
• Support preventive maintenance, inspections, and capital expenditures under the Chief Engineer.
• Respond to guest requests with a focus on service quality and safety.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work collaboratively with other departments.
