Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; CPO or appliance repair certification is desired, or ability to obtain certification.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Engineering: maintain property assets, support Chief Engineer, learn preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Guest service: assist guests with requests with high service standards.
• Identify concerns and provide maintenance solutions with appropriate managers.
• Follow SOPs and learn engineering procedures from leadership.
• Collaborate with all departments to meet guest needs and complete duties.
• Work safely and maintain a clean, compliant work area.
• Self-management: plan, organize, and prioritize work; attend required meetings.
