Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain property assets and perform preventive maintenance.
• Repair hotel property, grounds, and equipment.
• Assist Chief Engineer with inspections and capital expenditures.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures in daily tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Attend required department and hotel meetings and maintain attendance policy.
