B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support engineering operations across hotel properties in the region.

You will assist the Chief Engineer with preventive maintenance, repairs, and asset protection to uphold brand standards. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of maintenance experience, a High School diploma or GED, and preferably a CPO and appliance repair certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• CPO and appliance repair certification desired or ability to obtain certification.
• Assist Chief Engineer with preventive maintenance and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining property assets and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
• Respond to guest requests and support service quality.
• Follow SOPs and collaborate with other departments.
