Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Embassy Suites in Greenville, SC. The role performs preventative maintenance, guest room care, and work-order documentation. You will troubleshoot minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, maintain pool chemical levels, and repair hotel equipment.

Requires at least 6 months in general maintenance; hotel maintenance is a plus. The job pays $18–$19 per hour and is on-site with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
