Job summary

Tampa Embassy Suites - Atrium Hospitality is seeking a full-time Hotel Maintenance Technician to keep guest rooms and public areas safe and well‑functioning. You will perform preventative maintenance and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, while documenting work orders for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include pool maintenance, landscaping tasks, and operating hand tools. A minimum of 6 months in maintenance is required; lifting up to 50 lbs and basic certifications are a

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
