Qualifications

• Read and speak English proficiently.
• Understand and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and standards.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Use math for weight, volume and distance calculations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.
• Assist with resolving guest issues per company policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property equipment is functioning and premises are maintained to standard.
• Complete tasks per Green Shield Binder and management directions.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Respond to guest requests with timely follow-through.
• Maintain records (PM deficiencies, inspections, life safety, etc.).
• Coordinate with outside vendors when directed by management.
