Extended Stay America is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep hotel facilities in top condition and ensure guest rooms are well-maintained. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and daily checks, while documenting inspections and staying compliant with safety standards.

• Read and speak English proficiently.
• Follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and company guidelines.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Perform unit conversions and measurements.
• Apply good judgment at all times.
• Assist with resolving guest issues per policy.

Responsabilités

• Maintain property equipment and premises in pristine condition.
• Respond to guest requests and follow through.
• Perform repairs listed on work orders and complete them timely.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections as outlined.
• Maintain maintenance records and logs.
• Keep maintenance areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate with outside vendors as needed.
