Job summary

Drury Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to keep our Paducah property in excellent condition. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC, while developing safety programs, maintaining accurate records, and training team members.

You will also work with management on staffing and ensure top-tier guest experiences with a friendly, proactive service mindset. The role requires strong maintenance skills, adaptability for emergency repairs, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge across hotel systems including plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, and general carpentry.
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor safety and ergonomic programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to train junior maintenance staff and provide ongoing team development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and smooth-running property and grounds.
• Complete repairs across systems and equipment listed.
