Drury Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our Centennial property in top condition. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC, and ensure a safe, well-maintained facility.

You will also contribute to guest satisfaction through attentive service and teamwork. The role requires advanced maintenance knowledge, ability to dismantle and repair equipment, and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge across hotel systems.
• Ability to repair or replace components in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and related equipment.
• Experience with safety programs and compliance in a hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC.
• Carry out light carpentry, painting, drywall repairs as needed.
• Document records and reports of maintenance activities.
• Provide training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
