Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Columbus, OH to ensure that property equipment is functioning, premises are well-maintained, and guest rooms are in good repair. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and daily tasks per company standards, while supporting safety policies and guest satisfaction.

The role requires basic maintenance skills, the ability to follow detailed work orders, and the capacity to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced hotel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to three months related experience and/or training may be acceptable.
• Demonstrates ability to follow safety procedures and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property equipment and guest rooms in good repair.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and work orders.
• Perform preventive maintenance as outlined in the Green Shield Binder.
• Keep accurate records of inspections, PMs, and safety checks.
• Follow established safety policies and local regulations.
