Job summary

ESA Management, LLC operates a Philadelphia-area hotel seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep guest rooms and facilities in top condition. You will perform preventative maintenance, handle repairs from work orders, and ensure safety and cleanliness across all areas of the property.

You will follow Green Shield Binder procedures, document inspections, respond to guest requests, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining tool inventories and the maintenance space.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read and follow safety and maintenance manuals.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms and public areas in pristine condition.
• Perform repairs from work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined in the Binder.
• Follow Green Shield Binder procedures and SOPs for daily tasks.
• Maintain organized maintenance area and tool inventory.
