Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Engineer for the West Palm Beach property. You will inspect, repair, and maintain hotel's mechanical/electrical systems, FF&E, pool, and exterior areas while ensuring safety and guest comfort.

This role requires the ability to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 environment, perform preventive maintenance, keep logs and records, and collaborate with hotel staff to uphold our standards of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs hotel mechanical/electrical systems.
• Performs preventative maintenance on schedule.
• Maintains pool, FF&E, grounds, and building exteriors.
• Adheres to all safety policies and reporting.
• Works across shifts due to 24/7 hotel operations.
