Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a skilled Maintenance Engineer to service hotel HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and pool systems on-site in a West Palm Beach property. You will perform preventive maintenance, address equipment malfunctions, and uphold safety standards while supporting fellow engineering staff.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, teamwork and a customer-focused approach to ensure guest comfort and property safety in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining hotel HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair building systems.
• Strong safety and trouble-shooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs malfunction in mechanical or electrical systems.
• Performs preventative maintenance on a schedule basis.
• Maintains pool, grounds, and hotel exterior.
• Follows safety procedures and reports hazards.
• Supports other engineering staff as needed.
