Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking an on-site Hotel Maintenance Technician to service mechanical and electrical systems across the property. You will be responsible for preventative maintenance, pool care, and exterior upkeep to ensure safe, attractive facilities for guests.

The role requires knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and a proactive approach to safety and guest service. Training and a supportive team culture are provided to maintain high standards across

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance trades including electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair routine hotel systems and equipment.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and hotel policies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical and electrical malfunctions across hotel systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc).
• Performs preventative maintenance on a schedule and logs work.
• Maintains pool, grounds, and building exterior for curb appeal.
• Adheres to safety, security procedures and company policies.
• Assists other engineering personnel as needed.
