Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for our Rogers area property. You will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems across the hotel, and perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure operational excellence.

The role requires willingness to work varied shifts, knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and a strong commitment to safety and guest satisfaction. On-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance trades including electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair routine mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical or electrical systems hotel-wide.
• Performs preventative maintenance on a scheduled basis.
• Maintains pool and chemical levels; logs maintenance requests.
• Maintains exterior and curb appeal of the property.
• Follows safety, security, and company policies.
