Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Engineer to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems across a busy property. You will perform preventative maintenance, care for the pool and grounds, and support routine building upkeep in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

The role requires hands-on skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, along with strong safety awareness and the ability to follow procedures while maintaining a neat,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance trades including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair hotel systems and equipment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical or electrical systems (HVAC, plumbing) across the hotel.
• Performs preventative maintenance on a schedule (room care).
• Maintains pool by adjusting chemicals and cleaning filters; logs maintenance requests.
• Cares for building exterior and grounds; supports routine painting and landscaping tasks.
• Follows safety policies and reports unsafe conditions and incidents.
