Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a skilled hotel maintenance technician to oversee the preventative and repair of the property’s mechanical and electrical systems, and to maintain FF&E, grounds, pools, and related facilities.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems, performing scheduled preventive maintenance, maintaining exterior curb appeal, and adhering to safety procedures to ensure a safe, well-operated hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Willingness to perform preventive maintenance on a schedule.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs malfunction in mechanical or electrical systems throughout the hotel.
• Performs preventive maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.
• Maintains the building exterior and curb appeal (lawn, painting, gardening).
• Adheres to all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Assists other Engineering personnel as needed.
