Qualifications

• 1 year cooking experience preferred.
• Experience at a similar size and quality hotel recommended.
• Ability to read and understand basic cooking directions.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and plate presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sauces, soups, and hot entrees according to menu.
• Garnish and present food attractively.
• Coordinate with servers to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure proper portioning and use of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
• Assist in controlling food costs and waste per SOP.
