Job summary

Embassy Suites Nashville at Vanderbilt Hilton is seeking a reliable Line Cook for the Hotel Culinary Team. You will work in the PM restaurant and support breakfast, banquets, and the hotel evening reception, gaining hands-on experience across the property’s food-and-beverage operations.

The ideal candidate has basic cooking skills, a positive attitude, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate PM restaurant items per recipes and standards.
• Support breakfast production and service, including buffet setup and restocking.
• Assist with banquet food production and event setup.
• Support hotel evening reception with food prep and presentation.
• Complete daily prep, labeling, and station setup for service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe work area.
• Communicate with team to keep service moving and resolve issues.
• Jump in across food-and-beverage operations as needed.
