Job summary

Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal is seeking a Breakfast Cook to prepare high-quality breakfast items for hotel guests, while upholding Hilton standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. You will contribute to an exceptional breakfast experience through efficient preparation, timely service, and compliance with food safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and passionate about culinary excellence, able to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

Previous cooking or food preparation experience preferred.
Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook breakfast menu items, including eggs, omelets, breakfast meats, potatoes, pancakes, waffles, pastries, and other breakfast specialties.
Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and appearance throughout service.
Maintain proper cooking temperatures and food safety standards.
Replenish food stations and buffet offerings as needed during service.
