Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to transport and clean utensils and service ware, ensuring cooks and servers have the necessary equipment for guests' dining experience.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to operate a commercial kitchen dish machine, and adherence to health standards. The hotel operates 24/7, so shifts may vary to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain it to support guest experience.
• Ability to operate a commercial kitchen dish machine in accordance with hotel health standards.

Responsibilities

• Transport and clean utensils and service ware to provide equipment for cooks, bus persons, and servers.
• Promptly sort soiled ware for the dish machine and wash all ware quickly.
• Keep the dish machine clean and filled with water per hotel standards.
• Clean kettles, skillets, pots and pans so cooks can perform their duties.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks and adhere to health standards.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
