Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a dedicated kitchen/dishwasher to support cooks and service staff in guest dining experiences. You will transport and clean utensils, maintain sanitation, and help keep the kitchen area organized.

The role operates in a hotel setting with varied shifts to meet 24/7 operations. Prior food-handling experience and a willingness to work early or late hours are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Food Handler Card.
• Knowledge of service ware and maintaining it for guest experience.
• Ability to operate commercial kitchen dish machine safely.
• Ability to follow product labeling instructions for safety.

Responsibilities

• Sort and wash soiled ware promptly for dish machine processing.
• Keep dish machine clean and filled with water as per standards.
• Clean kettles, pots and pans promptly to support cooks.
• Perform routine cleaning using hotel-approved products.
• Maintain clean floors and separate linen from debris.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or incidents.
• Maintain neat personal appearance and assist other kitchen staff.
