Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a part-time dishwashing support at our Park City property. The role provides equipment and cleanliness for cooks and servers, ensuring a safe dining environment.

The position emphasizes quick ware processing, proper cleaning of kettles and trays, and adherence to hotel health standards while maintaining neat, groomed appearance and following all company policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain it to compliment guest experience.
• Ability to operate a commercial kitchen dish machine per standards.
• Ability to understand and apply product labeling instructions for safe handling.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware to feed into dish machine correctly.
• Wash all ware quickly and replace in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors and work areas to hotel standards.
• Follow all safety and security procedures and report unsafe conditions.
