Responsibilities

• Safely prepare all food prep and items in accordance with recipes and specs.
• Ensure proper product turnover through rotation and maintaining.
• Listen and respond to guest inquiries with a positive, clear speaking voice to aid guest service.
• Monitor staff performance, product quality and production flow; foster improvements as needed.
• Assist cooks and team to prepare, cook and present food per hotel standards.
• Maintain contact with internal and external guests to ensure proper guest service.
• Perform any other duties as assigned within scope of this position.
