Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management in Muscatine, IA seeks a Hotel IT Systems Manager to deliver day-to-day IT support for on-property teams and spearhead strategic IT initiatives.

You will manage property IT systems—PMS, POS, and related hardware/software—while handling vendor contracts, inventory, and system documentation. The role requires strong project management, problem solving, and compliance with GDPR/PII and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in hospitality IT or 5+ years in IT System Administration/Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, MIS, or related field.
• Experience with multi-unit IT implementations (Hilton, Marriott, IHG, or Choice) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for PMS, POS, and related systems hardware/software.
• Serve as point of contact for 3rd party IT contract management for the property.
• Maintain inventory, maintenance, and documentation of all systems at property level.
• Assist in project plans for implementing IT solutions at individual properties.
• Educate staff on IT-related topics and conduct training as needed.
• Ensure PSI, PII, GDPR and brand standards compliance.
• Maintain SOPs and IT policies at property level.
• Drive ongoing process improvements and handle complex issues with minimal supervision.
