Stonebridge Hospitality Associates in Morgantown, WV is hiring a Guest Services Supervisor to oversee daily front office operations, including guest reception, reservations, and telephone services. You will support the Guest Services Manager and supervise the front office team to maintain service standards and efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Competenze

• 2+ years of front office or guest services supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests, staff, and management.
• Experience with scheduling, training, and staff development.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily front office operations, including guest reception, reservations, and telephone services.
• Greet, check in, and allocate rooms promptly and courteously.
• Ensure accurate guest information and billing at check-in.
• Handle guest problems or complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintain front office cleanliness and order; supervise check-out processes.
