Qualifications

High School or better.
1 year: Experience in public guest/customer service position.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and register them into the computer system.
Process payments and handle cash with accuracy.
Provide guests with information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
Assist guests with check-out and perform various forms of payment processing.
Field guest complaints, research and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of the hotel’s services, facilities and local area.
Follow policies and procedures including safety and security standards and brand standards.
Participate in upselling and promoting marketing programs to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Work cohesively with the team and support management.
Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and service procedures.
