Black Bear Casino Resort in Minnesota is seeking a part-time hotel front desk/guest services representative. You will answer all incoming hotel calls, handle guest inquiries, and accurately enter and confirm reservations, with a friendly, professional phone manner.

You will assist with wake-up calls, dining reservations and other requests, maintain a clean work area, and adapt to changing duties. The role requires excellent communication, the ability to multi-task, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute is preferred.
• Experience in call centers or hospitality is preferred.
• Knowledge of computer systems and word processing is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Answers all incoming calls to the Hotel from internal and external callers within 3 rings.
• Responds to inquiries such as directions and calls for assistance.
• Accurately enters, reviews and confirms hotel reservations with guests.
• Assists with wake up calls, dining reservations, etc.
• Welcomes hotel guests with a friendly, professional phone manner.
• Transferring calls to proper extensions and managing voice mail systems.
• Maintains a courteous and professional demeanor with guests, vendors, and staff.
• Keeps work area clean and organized and adapts to changes as required.
