Job summary

Leisure Hotel in Minnesota is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests from check-in to check-out, handle inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure a memorable stay. You will manage reservations, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and use reservation software with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training preferred.
• Experience in guest services or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency with reservation management software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs
• Uphold policies to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
