Qualifications

• Minimum three years related hospitality management experience.
• Customer experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle check.
• Associate degree preferred; Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards.
• Lead and train hotel staff, promote teamwork and recognition.
• Manage labor, financial goals and purchasing processes within budget.
• Oversee daily operations, provide regular team briefings and communications.
• Maintain room readiness and overall hotel cleanliness.
