The GM will manage revenue, budgeting, staffing, guest relations, and operations across two properties, ensuring service excellence and profitability.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent in hotel management; management experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
• Knowledge of hotel property management system; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, and control hotel revenue and expense budgets.
• Review P&L and General Ledger statements; submit variance reports.
• Hire, train, and motivate management and hourly staff.
• Ensure benefits programs and conduct performance appraisals.
• Meet with guests to assess satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Inspect property and manage capital improvements.
