The Talent Shop is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume, upscale restaurant and entertainment destination in Washington, DC. You will lead a large, multi-outlet operation serving thousands weekly, driving guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team development.

Ideal candidates bring proven leadership, strong P&L oversight, and a hands-on, guest-centric management style to sustain exceptional service, culture, and profitability in a fast-paced venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as General Manager in a large-scale, high-volume restaurant.
• Experience overseeing 500+ guest capacity, 150+ team members, and $14M+ annual revenue.
• Proven track record in driving service standards and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large multi-outlet operation delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers and hourly staff.
• Own restaurant financial performance, including revenue, labor, and costs.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership on menus, cost controls, and safety.
• Drive culture, accountability, and continuous improvement.
