Job summary

InTown Suites in Plano, TX seeks a General Manager to oversee daily property operations, financial performance, guest services, and staff leadership. You will recruit and train staff, manage revenue and occupancy, control costs, ensure safety, and build relationships with local authorities to drive community presence.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on management of front and back office tasks to deliver a safe, clean, and profitable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/property management and supervision.
• Ability to recruit, train and lead staff effectively.
• Strong understanding of revenue management and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire property staff.
• Oversee daily operations and guest services.
• Manage payroll, bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Drive revenue through pricing and local marketing.
