InTown Suites in Tampa, FL is seeking a General Manager to lead daily property operations and drive financial performance. You will supervise staff, ensure a safe, clean guest experience, and optimize revenue through pricing and cost controls.

The GM will coordinate budgets, oversee front desk and housekeeping, and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and vendors. A high school diploma and at least 3 years of management experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance; own vehicle.
• Excellent reading/writing/speaking English for guest and staff interaction.
• Strong math skills to forecast room revenue, occupancy and labor costs.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with front-office operations.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, interview and hire all property staff.
• Manage daily operations, including guest check-in/out and payroll.
• Ensure guest service excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor financial performance and conduct budgeting/forecasting.
