Job summary

InTown Suites in Douglasville, GA is seeking a General Manager to lead the daily operations of a property, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain financial performance.

You will recruit and train staff, manage front office operations, oversee budgeting and capital expenditures, and drive revenue through pricing and local marketing. This role requires strong communication and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Read, speak, write English to interact with guests and staff.
• General computer proficiency and front office operations knowledge.
• Experience in budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost controls.
• Supervisory experience required.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire all property staff.
• Training, development and support of property staff.
• Manage office operations, including check-ins/outs and cash handling.
• Ensure excellent guest service.
• Identify and manage repair and maintenance issues.
• Meet budgets through P&L analysis and cost control.
• Assist with annual budgets.
• Drive sales through local marketing.
