Job summary

LHH is seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on Hotel General Manager to lead a 290-room property in Miami Beach, onsite. This role partners with ownership to execute a strategic repositioning plan while elevating guest experiences and operational performance.

The ideal candidate has proven Hotel GM or senior operations leadership experience and a track record of turning around properties, including renovations or upgrades where applicable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or senior hotel operations leader.
• Experience managing a midscale, select-service, or comparable hotel environment.
• Demonstrated success improving, repositioning, or turning around an existing property.
• Experience with hotel renovations, upgrades, or operational transformations is a plus.
• Strong financial, operational, and team leadership capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day hotel operations, financial performance, and guest satisfaction.
• Partner with ownership to execute the property's repositioning strategy.
• Improve service standards, operational processes, and overall guest experience.
• Lead, develop, and build a high-performing hotel management team.
• Support property upgrades and enhancements to guest rooms, amenities, and common areas.
