Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Building: Recruit, train, and motivate a dedicated team of 6-12 staff members.
• Exceptional Guest Services: Ensure the hotel is always "Guest Ready" by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and addressing guest concerns.
• Operational Excellence: Follow brand guidelines, meet operational deadlines, manage budgets, control labor, occupancy, and P&L’s.
• Sales & Marketing: Network locally to promote the property and build relationships with clients; lead in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives.
• Teamwork: Assist with housekeeping and laundry; cover shifts as needed.
• Emergency Procedures: Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security for guests.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
