Job summary

LHH is seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on Hotel General Manager to lead a 290-room property in Miami Beach, onsite. This role partners with ownership to execute a strategic repositioning plan while elevating guest experiences and operational performance.

The ideal candidate has proven Hotel GM or senior operations leadership experience and a track record of turning around properties, including renovations or upgrades where applicable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or senior hotel operations leader.
• Experience managing a midscale, select-service, or comparable hotel environment.
• Demonstrated success improving, repositioning, or turning around an existing property.
• Experience with hotel renovations, upgrades, or operational transformations is a plus.
• Strong financial, operational, and team leadership capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to hospitality.

We're seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on Hotel General Manager to lead the operations and repositioning of an approximately 290-room hotel in Miami Beach.

This is an opportunity to partner with ownership, elevate the guest experience, improve operational performance, and help transform an established property into a refreshed, more engaging destination.

We're particularly interested in leaders who have taken an existing property and made it better. Luxury resort experience is not required; successful hotel operations and transformation experience are the priority.

• $120K–$150K+ base salary (flexible for the right candidate).
• Bonus opportunity.
