Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Aufgaben

• Lead and build a team of 6-12 staff.
• Ensure guest readiness and address guest concerns.
• Manage budgets, labor, occupancy, and P&L.
• Lead in-house sales and marketing to increase occupancy.
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Follow brand guidelines and meet operational deadlines.
• Be flexible to cover shifts for continuity.
