• Proficiency with property management systems and Microsoft Office.

• Oversee hotel operations including sales, marketing, and financial performance.
• Provide market analysis and forecasts to optimize occupancy and rates.
• Train sales, front office, and reservations in yield management.
• Use revenue management systems (MARSHA, OnQ, Opera, IHOTELIER) to maximise revenue.
• Assist in annual budgeting and forecast changes in expenses and labor.
