Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hospitality experience.
• Experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a first-class hotel operation.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overall hotel operations, including sales, front office, reservations, and financial performance.
• Provide the Revenue Management Department with market analysis and forecasts to optimize occupancy and rates.
• Train staff on yield management procedures and rate structures.
• Recruit, select, and train staff to meet guest service and revenue goals.
• Maintain the physical condition of the hotel and oversee preventive maintenance and CAPEX projects.
• Collaborate with ownership and corporate teams to ensure policy compliance and standards.
