Qualifikationen

• Prior GM experience or 3+ years in hotel rooms/ops/sales leadership with major brands.
• Strong de-escalation skills for staff and guests.
• Ability to learn hotel systems quickly.
• Demonstrates professionalism and self-management.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Hospitality certifications (CHA/CHRM/CHSP) a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Analyze monthly P&L statements with regional accounting and operations teams.
• Optimize revenues (rooms, F&B) to maximize profitability.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing hotel team.
• Attend weekly revenue meetings with the regional revenue team.
• Ensure timely payroll and hotel-specific accounting duties.
