Qualifications

• 6+ years progressive hotel management experience.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage budgets and forecasts.
• Proven guest service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Tour operating departments daily and adjust performance with department heads.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and training sessions per standards.
• Manage financial review dates and reporting.
• Conduct monthly budget reviews with managers and supervisors.
• Maintain budgeted productivity and accounting procedures.
• Develop managers through training programs.
• Lead sales efforts with Director of Sales and client meetings.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and property maintenance.
• Ensure timely recruitment and interviewing of candidates.
• Mentor employees and foster a positive team environment.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality.
