You will drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining brand standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years in hotel operations, including 4 in a leadership role, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the hotel industry.
• 6+ years in hotel operations with 4+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing a full-service Marriott-branded hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, costs, revenue, and targets.
• Excellent organizational skills; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments.
• Recruit, train, and lead department heads and staff.
• Maintain high guest service standards and resolve concerns.
• Develop and manage budgets, payroll, and operating costs.
• Drive revenue growth through rate optimization and occupancy.
• Collaborate with Sales to maximize group business and profitability.
