The ideal candidate has at least 6 years in hotel operations, including 4 in a leadership role, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, lead department heads, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This individual will drive revenue growth, manage budgets, develop a strong team culture, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining brand standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and sales.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and lead team members and department heads.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Develop and manage budgets, payroll, labor costs, and operating expenses.
• Drive revenue growth, optimize room rates and inventory, and achieve financial goals.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to maximize occupancy, group business, and overall profitability.
• Monitor financial controls, accounts payable and receivable, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment focused on communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.
