Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience as Hotel General Manager or in hotel management.
• Ability to lead hotel operations and manage revenue, guest satisfaction, and asset protection.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hotel operations to achieve revenue and profit goals.
• Lead, train and support hotel staff.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and asset protection standards.
• Forecast operating expenses and labor costs for budgeting.
