EMA Pleasant Prairie LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Hotel General Manager to oversee daily operations and achieve revenue and profit targets while upholding guest and employee satisfaction and asset protection. You will lead, train and support staff, maintain quality standards and ensure a premium guest experience across all departments.

This role requires strong leadership and hospitality expertise. Experience with hotel operations and PMS, plus budgeting and cost control skills, are essential

Qualifications

• Bachelor1 degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business is preferred.
• 2-5 years in hotel management roles or as a General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide market analysis of competitors' rates by market segment and forecast local market conditions.
• Forecast changes in operating expenses and labor costs to aid budgeting.
• Train front desk staff in selling techniques for promotions.
• Schedule labor and control expenses to meet monthly profit targets.
• Explain budget variances and take corrective actions.
• Manage purchasing in line with company policies.
• Train staff in guest service procedures and handle upset guests to resolution.
• Respond to guest feedback and improve satisfaction scores (Medallia).
• Recruit, train and develop hotel staff; maintain professional conduct and ethics.
• Maintain hotel condition and oversee preventative maintenance per standards.
