Highgate Hotels is seeking a Front Office Manager for Residence Inn Exton in Exton, PA. This full-time, on-site role leads Guest Services, Concierge and Uniformed Services to deliver attentive, friendly service while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hospitality, supervisory experience, and proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work long hours and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guests' requests, problems, complaints and/or accidents at the Front Desk with courtesy and follow-up.
• Coach and discipline Guest Services staff per SOPs.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy through daily status reviews and rate monitoring.
• Prepare staff scheduling and payroll data for accounting.
• Ensure adherence to Front Office SOPs and company credit policies.
