Highgate Hotels is seeking a General Manager for SpringHill Suites Colorado Springs North Air Force Academy. You will oversee profit, guest satisfaction and staff development in a Select Service property.

You will lead revenue strategies, manage budgets, conduct training, and drive sales with key accounts. Strong hospitality leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years progressive experience in a hotel or related field or a 4-year college degree with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Must communicate effectively with all levels of staff and guests.
• Must maintain regular attendance and a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across departments and adjust as needed.
• Lead monthly financial reviews with department heads and review sales efforts.
• Manage budgeting, revenue forecasting, and compliance with SOPs.
• Drive hotel sales through top accounts, meetings and client engagement.
• Provide leadership development and training for managers and staff.
• Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
